The Villa San Crispino “Alla Florenzuola” is an elegant villa superbly restored in the Assisi country, built using ancient bricks, hand made cotto and rose stones of the Monte Subasio.

The view of Assisi from the villa is absolutely fabulous. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin beds, 4 bathrooms, living-room and sitting-room, kitchen, big tavern, laundry and ironing room. The villa sleeps a total of 9 people. In the living-room and sitting area you can admire and use a beautiful historic fireplace.

The villa is surrounded by a huge private and fully equipped garden, olive trees, private swimming-pool and outdoor shower, cool water fountains… all this immersed in the silence and quiet of the green Umbrian country.

The Resort & Spa San Crispino is less than one mile away from the Villa Alla Florenzuola; here you can choose fitness programs, wellness treatments, typical Umbrian menus to taste in the elegant restaurant which also offers a take-away service for the guests of the villas.

If you book Spa treatments, a free shuttle service is available for you upon request from the villas to the Spa. Upon request, you can choose to have a treatment directly in your villa (only some of them can be done outside the Spa).

The villa has 3 independent suites which can be rented separately for just a week-end or short stays (from 1 to 3 couples). Daily maid service, breakfast and all the services of the spa are included for the guests who choose this solution.

The villa has a unique location, a few steps from the other villa San Crispino “Al Reale”, less than one mile from our Resort & Spa. Its location is excellent to visit all art cities of Umbria and Tuscany. The centre of Tordandrea, a small village nearby, is only 300 metres away and can be easily reached on foot: there you can find shops, bars, laundry, post office, markets etc.
