Colle dell’Asinello is in Umbria, in a marvellous panoramic position overlooking the Tiber river and the natural Alviano Oasis. It is all surrounded by more than 10 hectares of private park where you can find old trees, flowers and animals like deers, goats, donkeis . The property is only 2 kms far from the borough of Guardea and a few minutes from towns like Orvieto, Todi and Amelia. The villa hosts a maximum of 14 guests.

Colle dell’Asinello has 5 bedrooms, each different from the other and all refined with high quality handcrafted furniture. Each room has a private bathroom and 4 of them are at the ground floor. The superb Suite deluxe is at the first floor and it is an elegant and spaciosu room that boasts a panoramic private hot-tub.

Every room in the villa is light, spacious and finished with natural elements like wood and local stone. Apart from the bedrooms, a great hall divided between dining area with full equipped kitchen and living room with conversation area and TV. From the great living room you can directly enter the swimming pool and spa areas.

Colle dell’Asinello has a beautiful salt-water swimming pool and Jacuzzi area, the pool is covered and heated with refreshing waterfalls and chromotherapy. In the pool area there is also spa corner with turkish bath and tropical shower. Outside the villa a large green park with garden equipped with table and chairs and barbecue.
